Stephen B. Griffith is Vice-President and Manager of Engineering and Environmental Design for Hyland Design Group. His broad experience and expertise is fundamental to the Hyland Design Group Single Source Advantage®. As Senior Environmental Specialist, Mr. Griffith is responsible for the preparation for environmental impact statements, CAFRA applications, riparian instrument and construction permit applications, Pinelands development applications, estuarine and freshwater wetlands delineations and analyses, NJPDES applications, development feasibility analysis. He supervises all aspects of civil engineering including site planning, stormwater drainage design, sanitary sewer and septic systems design, soil erosion and sediment control plans, subdivisions, surveys and waterfront construction. A graduate of the University of Delaware Mr. Griffith has been a core member of the Hyland Design Group since its inception as well as with its predecessor firm Michael W.
